Are you an experienced cleaner who is able to work unsupervised? Can you work flexibly? Do you have good attention to detail? Do you take pride in your work?
What's the role?
You will be working as part of the Lewisham Cleaning Service. There are several Morning vacancies across the Cleaning Portfolio where the earliest start is 06:00 and the latest finish is 10:00.
All successful applicants will be advised of the allocated building and the cleaning times once all clearances have been received.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for Cleaning Operatives who are flexible and can travel across the Lewisham Borough. You will be responsible in cleaning the building/s that are assigned to you to an excellent standard, and must be able to carry out all duties that are mentioned in the job description. There may be opportunities for additional work.
You must be:-
- A Hard worker
- A Good communicator with good organisation skills
- A Flexible worker
- able to have an eye for detail
- able to work cohesively as part of a team or independently
- an excellent timekeeper

Location
You will primarily be cleaning buildings that are allocated to you which may be subject to Service Delivery changes.
There may be opportunities for additional hours based on Service requirements.

- To be able to work between 06:00 - 10:00

Salary
£30,225 - £30,654 per annum by pro rata (Scale 2)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
