Cleaning Operative
Facilities Service Worker – Cleaning Contractor
Hours
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with flexible arrangements available within these times.
About the Role
This role is essential to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across client sites. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a high standard of cleaning and hygiene services as directed by management
- Carafully using and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Promoting and fostering strong, respectful relationships with clients on-site
- Promptly addressing any queries or complaints from clients
- Undertaking all reasonable duties assigned by management
Key Responsibilities
- Adhering to company guidelines for sanitation and safety protocols
- Working efficiently to meet contractual deadlines and quality standards
- Maintaining professional conduct and clear communication with colleagues
- Ensuring safe work practices at all times
Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- The right to work in the UK without restrictions
- Previous experience in cleaning roles
- Excellent customer service skills with critical fault management
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication abilities
