Position: Office Cleaning Operative Company: Ottimo Property Services Location: One Development (HP2 7DN) Working Hours: 17:30 – 19:30, Monday to Friday Salary: £6,350.00 per annum

Job Description
Your duties will include:
- Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
- Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
- Mopping, dusting, and vacuuming communal areas
- Cleaning of shared spaces, including:
- Lobby areas
- Stairwells and landings
- Toilets
- Kitchen areas
- Office spaces

Qualifications & Skills
Applicants should possess the following attributes and abilities:
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent timekeeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
