Role Description
The Cleaning Operative role is a part-time, on-site position based in Glasgow. In this role, the individual will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and shared spaces, to a consistently high standard. Daily tasks may include:

The Cleaning Operative will follow established cleaning schedules and procedures, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly. The role may also involve working around clients and staff, maintaining professional conduct and supporting a clean, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in general cleaning duties, including floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom hygiene.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products, equipment handling, and basic health and safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, work to schedules, and maintain attention to detail over repetitive tasks.
- Strong reliability, time management, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional, respectful approach when working in client environments.
- Previous experience in commercial or facilities cleaning is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to undertake training in site-specific procedures and health and safety requirements.
