Janitorial/Cleaning Assistant – Contract Role
About the Role
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management
- Use and care of cleaning equipment
- Encouraging good relations with all clients on contract sites
- Promptly dealing with any queries or complaints
- Performing any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by management
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness standards across assigned sites
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Building rapport with clients and responding professionally to feedback
- Assisting in resolving issues promptly
- Adhering to work schedules and deadlines
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
