Cleaning Operative
**Cleaning Operations Assistant – OCS UK & Ireland
About the Role
Working Pattern
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible hours within these working times
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a high standard of cleaning and hygiene, as directed by management
- Correct use and care of cleaning equipment
- Promoting good client relations on assigned contract sites
- Resolving queries or complaints promptly
- Performing any other reasonable duties as allocated by management
Ideal Candidate Criteria
The ideal applicant should meet the following requirements:
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Excellent customer service skills demonstrating professionalism and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive client interactions
