Position Summary
Boho X is the headquarters of the award-winning games studio Double Eleven, a vibrant seven-storey building hosting up to 500 staff and regular client and community events. The Cleaning Operative plays a key role in maintaining a spotless, hygienic, and welcoming environment across all areas of the building. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently to consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, detail-focused cleaning services across a multi-storey building. Carry out deep and detailed cleaning to ensure all areas are immaculate, hygienic, and welcoming. Maintain cleanliness of offices, workspaces, kitchens, and coffee stations. Follow structured cleaning schedules and checklists to uphold building presentation and safety standards. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly in line with COSHH guidance. Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns promptly. Work effectively both independently and as part of the cleaning team.

Working hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:00–10:00am or 5:00–9:00pm).
Key Skills Required
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work. Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively. Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience in a professional or commercial environment. Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene standards. COSHH awareness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
