Cleaning Operative- Campsfield IRC
Full-time Cleaning Operative – Oxford, OX5 1RE (35 Hours/Week)

About the Role
You’ll provide comprehensive cleaning services in a Detention Centre environment, adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean all designated areas (toilets, showers, fixtures/fittings) to maintained high standards.
- Ensure safety compliance with COSHH regulations and Mitie protocols.
- Maintain cleaning equipment efficiently, preventing delays in service delivery.
- Handle, transport, and store chemicals, tools, and supplies safely and responsibly.
- Report repairs/maintenance issues and monitor stock levels.
- Occasionally handle cleaning of body fluids (blood, urine, faeces).
- Work within a secure, detention-style environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work safely in compliance with COSHH and Mitie standards.
- Comfortable operating within a detention facility environment.
