Cleaning Operative – Permanent Part-Time Role
Location: Eaton MEDC, Sutton in Ashfield Hours: 15 hrs per week (3 hrs per day, Monday to Friday), 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Salary: £12.71 per hour (paid 4-weekly)
About the Role
We are looking for a conscientious Cleaning Operative to join our team and deliver a professional facilities management service at our Ashfield site.
In this role, you will provide essential floor and sanitary cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Thoroughly cleaning sanitary areas (toilets, restrooms, stairwells)
- Emptying and servicing waste bins
- Mopping and disinfecting floors and high-touch surfaces
- Restocking hand sanitiser, soap and hand towels
- General cleaning and waste removal
- Ensuring safety compliance at all times

About You
To be successful as our Cleaning Operative, you’ll have:

- Basic or previous experience in cleaning would be helpful (though training will be provided)
