Cleaning Operational Worker (Part-Time)
Location: Horsham Salary: £9,914 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 20:00 Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time

Job Overview
You’ll undertake directed duties, responding to reactive requests while upholding company standards and contractual obligations. Your role ensures cleaning activities are executed with best practice consistency and meet all operational requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Carry out cleaning tasks to agreed standards, prioritising workloads effectively
- Report repairs or maintenance issues identified during cleaning duties
- Address service shortfalls in a timely manner
- Perform daily maintenance on assigned machinery (as trained) and report defects
- Execute additional/specialised cleans as required
- Manage consumable stocks in nominated stores, submitting replenishment requests
- Complete mandatory training and adhere to company protocols
- Operate chemicals and equipment safely (according to provided training)
- Liaise with customers/clients professionally, escalating issues for resolution
- Champion health and safety, reporting risks or hazards immediately
- Maintain dummy activitymechanised and warehouse areas in a clean, organised state
About The Role
Who You Are
- Advantageous: Previous experience in workplace cleaning
- Demonstrates strong timekeeping
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Adheres to a methodical, meticulous approach
- Speaks and reads English fluently (essential for safety compliance)
