Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist role working in the new build house industry.
The Cleaning Specialist will perform daily cleaning duties including window cleaning.
The role involves:
- Following established cleaning schedules
- Using appropriate equipment and products
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues
- Working collaboratively with other staff to maintain a clean, orderly environment for clients and colleagues

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Commercial Cleaning, including maintaining office, industrial, or utility spaces to professional standards.
- Experience with Home Cleaning or House Cleaning, focusing on thoroughness, attention to detail, and care for different surfaces and materials.
- Ability to perform Window Cleaning safely and effectively, including interior and exterior glass where required.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Strong time management, reliability, and ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures independently.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience in professional cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred; relevant training or certifications in cleaning or health and safety are an advantage.
- CSCS labourers card is preferred.
