Cleaning Supervisor
Cleaning Supervisor – Healthcare Environment (35 Hours/Week)
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor for our Healthcare operations, working full-time on contract hours (35 hours per week) including 5 out of 7 days.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness while contributing to a culture that values teamwork, progression, and individuality. In return, you’ll join an organisation that invests in its people and recognises exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities
Your role could include:
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked, stored, and managed promptly
- Supervising a team and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
- Act as a responsible key holder
- Actively support and engage team members
- Managing weekly bookwork and additional administrative duties
- Creating weekly rotas within organisational guidelines
- Ordering stock to ensure compliance with inventory levels
- Delegating tasks efficiently and encouraging team initiative
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience supervising front-line teams, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanour
