Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time – Healthcare)
Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor Employer: Medirest (part of Compass Group UK&I) Hours: 27 hours per week (part-time) Location: Healthcare environments (NHS Trusts and private hospitals across the UK)

We are recruiting for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee operations in healthcare settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, team performance, and compliance with regulations.

Ensuring logistics efficiency:
- Checking all deliveries upon arrival and storing them promptly and correctly.

Leadership and team management:
- Supervising a team, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
- Being a responsible key-holder.
- Delegating tasks effectively to ensure team proactivity at all times.
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Operational management:
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and administrative tasks.
- Writing and distributing weekly rotas in line with management guidelines.
- Placing orders for stock to maintain required inventory levels.
** Requirements and Qualifications**

Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar healthcare, domestic, or operational environment.

Communication skills: Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal abilities.

Attitude: A team-player mentality, enthusiasm ("can-do" attitude), and the ability to work under pressure without compromising positivity.
