Cleaning Supervisor
Cleaning Supervisor – Full-Time
Location: Healthcare environment Hours: 42 hours per week (Variable shifts)
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of our Healthcare operations.
About the Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will apply your skills to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This role offers variable shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities May Include
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team and fostering a positive, inclusive environment where team members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated
- Acting as a responsible key holder
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any additional administrative duties as required
- Producing weekly rotas in line with the manager’s guidelines
- Placing orders for stock to maintain optimal stock levels
- Delegating tasks while keeping the team proactive
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate Qualities
We’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor with:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a healthcare-related or similar environment
- Strong communication skills and a focus on exceptional customer service
