Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor – Eurest (13.5 Hours/Week)

About the Role

We’re recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help maintain the smooth running of operations at Eurest, working part-time on a contract of 13.5 hours per week.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll lead a team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and adhere to strict health & safety and food hygiene regulations. In return, you’ll join a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and awards those who go above and beyond.

Shift Pattern

  • Mon: Evenings
  • Tues: Evenings
  • Weds: Evenings
  • Thurs: Evenings
  • Fri: Evenings

(Note: Saturday/Sunday commitments may be subject to availability and operational needs)


Key Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Logistics & Storage:

    • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervising and motivating a team, fostering a welcoming and supportive workplace culture
    • Holding lead/access-key responsibilities
    • Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring proactive team performance

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Assisting with weekly bookwork
    • Producing weekly rotas in line with manager guidelines
    • Managing stock levels, including stock ordering and order placement
  • Compliance Standards:

    • Strict adherence to Food Handling & Hygiene regulations
    • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety policies

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience: Previous experience supervising teams in a similar operational environment (e.g., hospitality, catering, or frontline roles)
  • Strong Communication Skills: Customer-focused mindset with the ability to foster positive working relationships
  • Team Dynamics: Growth mindset, collaborative attitude, and the stubbornness to stay solution-driven under pressure
  • Leadership Drive: Ability to motivate teams and maintain focus in fast-paced environments
