Cleaning Supervisor
Cleaning Supervisor – Healthcare (Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week)
About the Role
Compass Group UK&I is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee operations within a healthcare environment. This full-time role (37.5 hrs per week) ensures high standards of cleaning while supporting team development and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll use your expertise to maintain quality work, supervise teams, and contribute to a supportive workplace. This role offers career progression opportunities with a company that values individuality, recognition, and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked, stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team in a way that fosters a positive, welcoming, and supportive work environment
- Acting as a key-holder
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any administrative duties as needed
- Producing weekly rotas in line with management guidelines
- Placing orders for stock to maintain correct inventory levels
- Delegating tasks and ensuring the team remains proactive at all times
- Compliant with Food Handling & Hygiene Standards
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations

Language Skills
- Formal / Professional English to B2 level or equivalent

- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
