About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our business supervising and leading our cleaning team based in Lutterworth LE17 4UE.

This role will suit someone who has experience of supervising a team; or an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step in their career. Whilst this role is a supervising role, the main duties of the role will involve cleaning alongside your wider team.

All of your uniform, equipment and products will be provided to allow you to carry out your role to a high standard, as well as the support of an Area and Regional Management Team.

Available Shift Pattern's

  • 06.00 - 14.00 Monday to Friday

Duties Will Include

  • Supervising a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are being met
  • Allocation of tasks to team and ensure cleaning specification is being met
  • Assistance with on-site audits
  • Induction, training and support for new starters
  • Vacuuming and cleaning of floor areas.
  • Dust control
  • Removal and disposal of litter
  • Sanitising all areas
  • Replenishment of soap, toilet rolls and hand towels.

The Candidate

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Polite and courteous to all staff and customers.
  • Prides themselves on the delivery of a high standard of work
