Cleaning Supervisor, Mon-Fri, £16.20 per hour, 4am-8am
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee cleaning operations in various settings. This position is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage a team of cleaning staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate schedules and allocate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
