As a Working Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards while also leading and managing a team of dedicated cleaning staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a cleaning team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assign and delegate tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Operate the client ticket/ request system Qualifications:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
