Cleaning Supervisor – Bramley Moore Dock Stadium
About the Role
Shift Pattern: Varied nights, hours to fit business needs (dependent on Matchdays/Events).
This role is based at Bramley Moore Dock Stadium, supervising and managing cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Cleaning Supervisor will:
- Lead a team of cleaning operatives
- Deliver efficient and effective service during Everton FC home match days and events
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team
- Conduct regular inspections to enforce cleaning standards
- Train and mentor new cleaning staff
- Maintain and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Address or escalate cleaning-related issues or complaints
- Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide input to reports on cleaning activities and staff performance
- Lead cleaning tasks during peak times, special events, and match days

Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Willing and enthusiastic in the role
- Strong good time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven experience in cleaning and waste management
- Experience in staff management or supervisory roles, preferably in cleaning
