Flexible Area Supervisor

πŸ“ Multi-Site Role

🏒 Pareto FM

πŸ•’ Full-Time

Pareto FM is looking for a proactive and adaptable Flexible Area Supervisor to support the delivery of soft services across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role would also suit a senior cleaner, or a team leader.

This is a varied, hands-on role providing operational support to Regional and Account Managers, helping to ensure service excellence, compliance, and continuity across multiple contracts. You'll work across a range of environments, providing cover, supporting teams, conducting audits, and helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of prestigious sites, including Historic England, Dematic, XCT, and other unique locations set within some beautiful surroundings.

The Role

As a Flexible Area Supervisor, you'll provide support across multiple sites, stepping in where needed to ensure services continue to run smoothly. You'll work closely with site teams, managers, and clients, helping to maintain operational standards, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong soft services background who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with different teams and environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
