Cleaning Team Leader
Position: Accommodation Cleaning Coach
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (working Mondays and Fridays) Pay Rates: Up to £13.71 per hour
About the Role
Join our One Great Team at Haven as an Accommodation Cleaning Coach, where you'll lead, support, and train a team of cleaners. The aim is to provide spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests to enjoy their next adventure!
In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a fast-paced cleaning team, ensuring every caravan, lodge, chalet, or apartment is fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared for new arrivals. You’ll also uphold company standards in safety, compliance, and policy adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach your team to deliver impeccable cleanliness standards and ensure accommodations are pristine and welcoming for new guests.
- Conduct quality checks of each unit, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used efficiently and stored safely.
- Maintain a safe and compliant operational environment that upholds Haven’s commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Cleaner, is valued but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team.
- A strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high-quality service.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work on bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
