Job Opportunity: Andrology Department Support
The Andrology department has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and reliable individual to join this service. This position is instrumental in providing telephone and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional manner in accordance with local and national procedures
- Provide a friendly and efficient reception of patients
- Book appointments for diagnostic semen analysis, vasectomy clearance testing, and cryopreservation for oncology patients, using RAS, Connect EPR, and IDEAS
- Reconcile clinics
- Input test results onto APEX
- Scan documents to IDEAS

About the Role
You will need to be a confident and professional communicator with patients and colleagues and have a good aptitude for using a variety of IT systems.
