As a key member of our Homecare Pharmacy Team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will help us provide the best possible care to our patients, every single day.
You will be in the nerve centre of our operations, your role will involve planning and prioritising the homecare administrative workload within Homecare pharmacy. Working with clinicians and Clinical Nurse Specialists to ensure that prescriptions are received and processed in a timely manner. You will provide administrative support in the monitoring and invoicing of external homecare services for the supply of medicines to patients with the home environment. Challenging and recording of any invoice discrepancies and escalating when appropriate. You will be responsive to queries from staff, patients and external suppliers.
