Part Time, 22.5 hours per week. Permanent post.
The Ophthalmology Failsafe Team at Royal Bolton Hospital has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible individual looking for a challenge in a post that is both interesting and varied.
You should have the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including covering for colleagues during absence and annual leave.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in a similar administrative environment.

To provide an efficient and effective reception service and associated function to all patients accessing services provided by the Trust.
- Be the first point of contact in Reception and arrive/depart patients into the department in a professional, friendly manner
- Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and on the telephone.
- To work as part of a team and alone.
- To be able to work under pressure in a busy reception area to meet deadlines/targets
The core hours are 8am until 5pm on a rota basis. You should have the flexibility to meet the needs of the service, covering for colleagues during absence and annual leave.
