Job Responsibilities

  • Controlling Figures, Reports, and Documents: Verify the accuracy of data entry, calculations, and codes.
  • Organizing and Securing Records: Manage all accounting books, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Handling Financial Information: Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
  • Maintaining Financial Spreadsheets: Keep accurate computerized spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
  • Classifying and Synthesizing Data: Organize, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial data in journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
  • Preparing and Updating Reports: Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and schedules.
  • Year-End Procedures: Complete procedures and prepare year-end reports as directed.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, verify, reconcile, and edit notes, invoices, and account statements following company procedures.
  • Compliance and Professionalism: Adhere to all chain policies and procedures, ensure a clean and complete work uniform, maintain a neat and professional appearance, respect confidentiality, protect company property, and safeguard the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest needs professionally, positively, and promptly.
  • Communication: Use clear and professional language in all communications, prepare and review documents accurately and comprehensively, and answer phones and emails appropriately.
  • Physical Requirements: Move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
  • Collaboration: Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers, work together to achieve common goals, listen and respond appropriately to colleagues' issues.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks requested by management that align with the job role.
