Job Summary
- Check numbers, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and appropriate coding.
- Organize, preserve, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
- Manage accurate electronic spreadsheets of financial and accounting data.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to edit and store financial records using journals, ledgers, and computers.
- Create, maintain, and distribute statistics, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Conduct and report closing procedures and end-of-period closings as specified.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that numbers, postings, and documents are correctly entered, mathematically accurate, and appropriately coded.
- Organize, preserve, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Prepare, review, match, and issue invoices, bills, and account statements.

- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniforms and grooming are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
- Address guest service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written material accurately and thoroughly; answer telephones and emails with proper etiquette.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and support team efforts to meet common goals.
- Listen to and address the concerns of other employees appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: None.
Licenses or Certifications: None.
