Salary: £32,850 per annum (pro rata of £43,000 FTE)
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, worked across 5 days (year-round)
Location: Hybrid minimum 2 days per week in Camden
About the Role
Camden Learning is seeking an experienced governance professional to coordinate the delivery of its clerking service to schools.
This is a key operational role responsible for allocating clerks, maintaining service continuity and ensuring consistent, high-quality clerking practice across a large and varied portfolio of schools. You will oversee systems, monitor capacity and support the recruitment and onboarding of clerks, contributing to a responsive and professional service.

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing demands
- Confident understanding of school governance processes and statutory requirements
- Typically worked across five days (Monday - Friday), with a daily presence required (on-site or remote) to support service delivery
