Job Purpose

As a Client Accommodation Sales Consultant at Situ, you will hold commercial ownership of inbound client enquiries. Your mission: to deliver accurate, efficient, and commercially savvy accommodation services that secure bookings while safeguarding margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond proactively within agreed SLAs—prioritise speed and accuracy to accelerate decision-making.
  • Understand client demands from their pressures to their booking behaviours.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with client expectations, fostering trust and driving retention.
  • Build strong strategics with property partners to expand inventory and improve contract terms.
  • Negotiate rates and terms that are competitive, favourable, and meet ROI objectives while protecting margin.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Guest Care teams to ensure seamless booking journeys and support client growth.
  • Own the full client experience: from the initial enquiry to booking stage and beyond, ensuring satisfaction at every step.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills for virtual and face-to-face engagements.
  • Deep understanding of workplace and corporate travelling markets with facility to quickly adapt to variant needs across industries.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities to foster loyalty with clients and suppliers.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with confidence to consult, diagnose, and propose.
  • Proficiency with CRM/Sales systems (e.g., Salesforce; proficiency not listed in benefits, so assumeاي NULL baseline).
