Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Client Account Administrator to support our client accounts team. This role suits someone who can learn quickly, handle confidential information with care, and step in to support site administration when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing client queries and maintaining a shared inbox with timely, professional responses
  • Producing and distributing reports (Returns & E-fulfilment)
  • Supporting order processing, corrections, and issue resolution
  • Liaising daily with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information accurately
  • Providing ad hoc site admin support and covering colleagues during absence

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience is desired.
  • Strong IT skills – competent in all Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Experience within a logistics/warehousing environment would be preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident communicator to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic.
