Client Account Director
London
Hybrid 1-2 days per week in office
Independent Advertising Agency
We're partnering with a fast-growing independent digital marketing agency looking to hire a Client Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile accounts across paid media.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of client relationships, strategy, performance, and commercial growth. You'll act as the bridge between clients and activation teams, ensuring campaigns deliver against ambitious business objectives while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and drive additional value.
The Role
- Lead and develop relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts across multiple sectors
- Own day-to-day client communications and strategic planning
- Work closely with Paid Search and Paid Social specialists to deliver best-in-class campaign performance
- Present performance updates, recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders
- Monitor campaign success against agreed KPIs including leads, subscriptions, sales, and revenue
- Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiatives
- Build strong relationships with platform partners and internal teams

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital account management within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social channels
- Experience managing senior client stakeholders and complex accounts
- Confidence discussing campaign performance, attribution, and optimisation strategies
- Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities within accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
