CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

AMFE Group is a culture-led lifestyle and events house working across private client services, live events, and brand advisory. Living in the space between music, arts, and lifestyle, with culture at the core. We tour, we connect, and we make unforgettable moments happen. With extensive global networks, a team of world-class creative pioneers, and a desire to push the boundaries of experience, we facilitate any combination of travel, production and talent imaginable — offering lifestyle curation that goes above and beyond the ordinary.

The private client division manages bespoke celebrations, milestone events, and multi-destination trips for a small portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, delivered with the discretion and attention to detail this audience expects.

We are looking for an experienced and meticulously organised Client Account Manager to join our team.

Role Purpose

The Client Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship and delivery for a portfolio of private client accounts - from initial onboarding through to on-the-ground delivery of events and trips. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines relationship management, budget ownership, and supplier coordination, and requires the judgement and discretion expected when working with high-profile individuals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of private client accounts, acting as the day-to-day point of contact from onboarding through event delivery.
  • Manage client onboarding and compliance: NDAs, contracts/MSAs, discovery questionnaires, and statements of work, keeping records accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Translate client briefs into detailed, itemised event budgets (venue, production, catering, entertainment, travel, accommodation, styling, staffing and contingency); track estimated versus actual spend.
  • Escalate all budgets and client-facing proposals for founder sign-off before anything is shared externally.
  • Coordinate all workstreams required to deliver an event or trip - venues, catering, entertainment/talent, décor, travel and accommodation logistics - liaising directly with suppliers and vendors.
  • Act as the dedicated on-site handler for clients during events, ensuring a single, consistent point of contact is always in place.
  • Handle sensitive personal information (dietary needs, guest exclusions, preferences, family and security considerations) with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to client communications across WhatsApp, video call and email, often across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain accurate, current client and project records in Notion (client profiles, budget trackers, running notes) so knowledge is never siloed in one person's head.
  • Flag commercial risks early - including scope creep, ambiguous briefs, or under-recovered costs - and support clear upfront scoping on every project.
