Job Title: Client Account Manager

Company: Adler & Allan (part of the ablerian Group)

Adler & Allan is expanding, and we’re seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of key strategic accounts. If you’re commercially astute, driven by customer outcomes and passionate about fostering long-term partnerships, this role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll shape sector growth and nurture relationships that drive success.

About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering firmwide growth and operational excellence by:

  • Managing high-value accounts to exceed revenue, margin, and pipeline targets
  • Developing tailored account strategies aligned with sector trends, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
  • Acting as the principle commercial contact for clients, bridging commercial ambitions with operational delivery
  • Leveraging cross-team collaboration—partnering closely with Sector & Regional Account Managers and Operational Teams to ensure service excellence, contract compliance, and recurring revenue uplift

This is a strategic yet hands-on role that demands commercial leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Your focus will span client retention, expansion through renewals/negotiations, and proactive growth initiatives—all while ensuring accurate forecasting and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value strategic accounts, ensuring profitability, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop annual account plans tailored to client needs and sector dynamics, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalise on expansion opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and business development initiatives.
  • Lead customer review meetings, ensuring robust engagement with stakeholders across multiple organisational levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
