Client Account Manager
We are growing our sales function, and we are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Account Manager to help us establish a new account management function.
This role is key to supporting our existing client base and driving additional revenue through relationship management and tailored service offerings.

This role is hybrid with 3 days per week based at our Sheffield office (after passing probation).

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional legal services.
- Proactively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and business development, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet revenue targets by identifying client needs and providing relevant solutions.
What we are looking for
- A proactive self-starter with sharp commercial instincts and a drive to make an impact.
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within professional services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident using CRM systems to manage relationships, maintain accurate records and turn data into meaningful commercial insight.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a focus on service excellence.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to client engagement.

You’ll excel as part of the HJ team if you:
- Are a quick learner, ready to adapt to new systems and technologies with enthusiasm.
- Are excited about adopting and using AI tools to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Can confidently navigate SharePoint to manage and collaborate on projects.
The bottom line
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE plus commission
- Holiday: 33 days holiday, including public holidays.
