Client Account Manager
Location: Camberley (Hybrid)
Our client is a leading provider of Managed IT Services, and is looking to appoint a Client Account Manager to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT Services, Managed Services or Technology Account Management who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and acting as the link between clients and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build trusted relationships.
- Conduct regular customer review meetings and develop IT roadmaps.
- Work with Solution Architects and Technical Teams to deliver customer projects and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for additional products, services and projects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and customer reports.
- Coordinate project delivery and customer communications.
- Support hardware and software renewals across your customer base.
- Assist with new client onboarding and discovery activities.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within an MSP, IT Services or Technology environment.
- Strong account management or technology sales background.
- Commercially minded with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised and customer-focused.
- Full UK driving licence.
