The Impact You’ll Have
As a Client Account Services Associate (FICC Team), you’ll:
- Support client onboarding, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of accounts (new clients, lifestyle changes, mergers, and retirements)
- Act as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing timely, accurate, and professional guidance on IT solutions or transactional queries
- Oversee daily team operations as a workflow supervisor:
- Monitor work queues, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely completion while upholding risk and control standards
- Identify bottlenecks, reallocate work, or escalate issues as needed
- Deliver real-time guidance to analysts for consistent, high-quality service
- Coach, mentor, and advise on processes and supporting client service delivery within a growing team environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Risk, Legal, and Compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and operational adherence
- Analyse reporting data to enhance operational visibility, reporting, and audits
- Drive continuous improvement on workflows and strategic initiatives that optimise Client Account Services efficiency
- Proactively mitigate risks and ensure operational compliance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Primary Responsibilities
- Client Account Management:
- Support complex onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, and mission-critical events (e.g., mergers, transfers)
- Workflow Leadership:
- Monitor workloads, manage productivity, and ensure SLA adherence
- Resolve bottlenecks and escalate critical issues
- Quality Assurance & Coaching:
- Provide guidance and feedback to analysts
- Support colleague development
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Relationship Management, FICC Regulatory)
- Data & Reporting:
- Compile and analyse critical data for reporting and audits
- Process Innovation:
- Contribute to product implementations and lifelong needs analysis
- Represent the FICC Client Account Services team in modernisation efforts
- Proactive Risk Management:
- Identify and manage operational risks with swift escalation
- Client & Internal Relationships:
- Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional partners

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Strong background in account lifecycle management in financial services
Talents Needed for Success
- Mastery of DTCC’s account lifecycle processes, CRM (Salesforce), and operational systems
- Proactive & collaborative approach to minimise risks and problem-solve
- Exceptional communication skills (oral/written)
- Healthy curiosity and financial industry acumen (a plus)
- Ability to challenge assumptions and offer fresh insights
- Technical fluency in CRM and technical tools, with confidence to upskill
