Service Charge Accountant

Birmingham (hybrid) £32,000 - £35,000 (plus benefits)

A Service Charge Accountant is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will provide accountancy support across a wide variety of my customers clients.

These are permanent opportunities that includes a base salary of between £32,000 - £35,000 dependent upon the experience and qualifications plus bonus and benefits.

Overview of the Service Charge Accountant role:

  • Lead Accountancy activities on some key client.
  • Manage, and work as part of a wider team on a portfolio of clients from an Accountancy perspective.

Key skills required for the Service Charge Accountant role:

  • Part-qualified Accountant as a minimum
  • Previous experience in a Service Charges.
  • Experience with TRAMPS systems.
  • Be able to pass a credit check and basic DBS check
