Client Administrator
Client Administrator (SIPP Team) – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract (Hybrid)
Location:
- Glasgow
- Cheltenham (hybrid working basis)
Role Purpose: The Client Administrator supports our SIPP team by handling administrative tasks for clients while ensuring:
- A high level of service at the most cost-effective rate.
- Compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Fair treatment of all clients in line with agreed service levels, priorities, and quality standards.
- Relevant administrative support tailored to client needs.
Key Duties:
- Own and manage client communications and tasks, ensuring client requirements are fully understood.
- Administer client work in accordance with documented procedures.
- Accurately and transparently record time against tasks on a daily basis to minimise non-billable work.
- Operate in alignment with BW values, behavioural competencies, and treating customers fairly expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrates a strong awareness of GCSE grade C/5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Familiarity with pensions and team-based environments is highly appreciated.
- Afoundational understanding of the SIPP marketplace is preferred.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Willingness to work hard with a growth mindset towards continuous skill development.
