Job Description

What will you be doing?

The Client Administrator will join our Client Admin Financial Planning team in London, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Hybrid working pattern

This role will require full time in office through a 6-month probation period and will then move onto our smart working pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.


Responsibilities

As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:

  • To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required).
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should

  • Proven experience working within Financial Planning / Wealth Management is essential.
  • Experience working within a client support / financial planner support role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds, etc.
  • An ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
