Job Purpose

To provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring:

  • Client satisfaction through direct interaction and operational efficiency
  • Adherence to regulatory standards
  • Seamless collaboration with financial planners and operational teams

Minimum Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience within financial planning/wealth management
  • Exceptional client service ethic
  • Strong ability to work under pressure while prioritising tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing and organisational abilities
  • Practical use of judgement and problem-solving for operational challenges

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain direct client relationships through regular contact.
    • Encourage portal and digital tool usage, while offering guidance when needed.
    • Ensure clients feel supported with confident decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems per company policies.
    • Request third-party policy information (if applicable).
    • Liaise with operational teams on scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and data changes.
  • Documentation & Process Work

    • Compile meeting packs and valuations as required.
    • Establish new client accounts on internal systems.
    • Compile anti-money laundering (AML) documentation.
