Job Purpose
To provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring:
- Client satisfaction through direct interaction and operational efficiency
- Adherence to regulatory standards
- Seamless collaboration with financial planners and operational teams
Minimum Requirements
Skills & Experience
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience within financial planning/wealth management
- Exceptional client service ethic
- Strong ability to work under pressure while prioritising tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing and organisational abilities
- Practical use of judgement and problem-solving for operational challenges

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain direct client relationships through regular contact.
- Encourage portal and digital tool usage, while offering guidance when needed.
- Ensure clients feel supported with confident decision-making.

Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems per company policies.
- Request third-party policy information (if applicable).
- Liaise with operational teams on scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and data changes.

Documentation & Process Work
- Compile meeting packs and valuations as required.
- Establish new client accounts on internal systems.
- Compile anti-money laundering (AML) documentation.
