Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Client Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support whilst building meaningful relationships with our clients to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in all that you do.
- Provide full administrative support to senior staff and client-facing teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage client communications via telephone, email, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational procedures
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with meticulous attention to detail
- Process client requests and administrative tasks efficiently, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs
- Liaise between clients and internal teams, acting as a point of contact and ensuring clear communication
- Maintain client databases and management systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Support the preparation of client documentation, reports, and presentations as required
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance client service delivery

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience working in a client support or administrative role within a financial services environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and plan workload effectively
- Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client management systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and levels
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality in a professional environment

- Experience within a financial planning environment
