Client Administrator
Client Administrator (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Glasgow or Cheltenham (hybrid working) Contract: Fixed term (12 months)
About the Role
We seek a Client Administrator to join our SIPP team, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality client administration while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative tasks relevant to client needs, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Own client communication and task accountability—ensure needs are understood and managed according to documented procedures.
- Accurately record time against tasks daily, minimising non-billable hours.
- Align with BW values, behavioural competencies, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.

About Your Working Day
Your core focus will be:
- Tailoring client administration to deliver a high standard of service efficiently.
- Responding to client requests promptly and proactively, maintaining trust and transparency.
- Recording time meticulously and optimising productivity to enhance service quality.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for candidates with:
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/5 or equivalent).
- Experience in pensions (including SIPPs) is preferable.
- A customer-facing mindset—experience working within a team environment is essential.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
