We have a great new opportunity for a Client Administrator to join our Pension Administration team. The primary focus of the role is to support the business area in providing a quality, accurate and professional service to clients, focusing on client and scheme related work. This is a full time, permanent role that can be based in our Cheltenham, Bristol or Birmingham offices working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:

  • Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders as required.
  • Has full responsibility for the provision of client management services to an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Attends client calls and meetings to present and discuss administration matters, acting as a lead representative where appropriate.
  • Takes ownership of any concerns or complaints, ensuring they are progressed and resolved in line with agreed processes and that remedial actions and mitigations are implemented to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepares quarterly administration stewardship reports, or at a frequency agreed with the client, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintains oversight of the production of the scheme’s annual report and accounts for their portfolio of schemes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSE Grade “5” or “C” in Maths and English are essential.
  • Certificate in Pension Calculations (CPC) or progress with other relevant PMI qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Relevant Financial Services experience or a background in DC or DB pension administration is a requirement.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good communicator with appetite to develop these skills further.
