Client Administrator
Client Administrator – Financial Planning Evelyn Partners | Leeds
About the Role
Evelyn Partners, a UK leader in wealth management, seeks a talented Client Administrator to join our Financial Planning team in Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing full administrative and client support while shaping meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction by:
- Client engagement – Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional outcomes while building strong, proactive client relationships through regular contact.
- Policy management – Requesting policy information from third-party providers and maintaining up-to-date records within back-office systems, aligned to internal company policies.
- Operational support – Collaborating with operational teams to handle key activities such as:
- Preparing scripts, transfers, corporate actions
- Managing static data changes, pedigree, prospectus, and x Bobby updates
- Data placing (address, capacity, and production) onProvider Integrator
- Coordinating CMD onboarding, data checks, and corrections
- Preparing materials – Assisting with the creation of meeting packs and valuations as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process coordination – Maintaining compliance with company processes, including:
- Setting up new client accounts on internal systems
- Gathering and filing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation
- Proactive pipeline management to monitor and support new business flows
- Response & escalation – Addressing client queries and, where appropriate, escalating complex issues to relevant teams to resolve efficiently.

Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused professional with experience in financial administration:
- Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grades 9–4 / A–C) or equivalent qualifications.
- Administrative experience in:
- Financial services, preferably within wealth management.
- Processing new business and client transfers.
- Preparing meeting packs and associated documentation.
- Advantageous experience:
- Previous work in personal injury or court of protection client environments.
- A proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Soft skills:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Core Working Pattern
- Initial training period: Full-time for the first 6 months.
- Permanent pattern: Hybrid model (3 days in office at Wellington Place, Leeds; 2 days remote).
