Senior Administrative Assistant (Wealth & Financial Planning) – Evelyn Partners

Job Purpose
To provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct communication with clients and operational colleagues—while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Client relationship management:
- Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact.

Back-office administration:
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.
- Manage third-party policy information requests where applicable.

Operational support:
- Liaise with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes as required.
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations where necessary.

Process execution:
- Process all business operations in line with company processes, including proactive pipeline management.
- Establish new accounts on internal systems and collate AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation where needed.

Risk and compliance:
- Identify and report any risks, breaches, or errors, ensuring risks are logged and mitigated through controls.

Client engagement & digital tools:
- Encourage clients to use digital portals and other tools, providing guidance as required.

Collaboration & continuous improvement:
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
** skills, Experience & Qualifications**

Industry-specific experience:
- Previous administrative experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- A strong ethic of client service.

Key competencies:
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing and organisational abilities.
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills to propose solutions.
- Proficient in digital tools and client portals.
