Client Administrator - Investment Management

The Role

Our client is seeking a Client Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment Managers, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining high regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team of Investment Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise with operational teams regarding transfers, corporate actions, foreign exchange, static data updates, and other client-related activities.
  • Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist Investment Managers with new business presentations and proposals.
  • Process cash transfers, foreign exchange transactions, and monitor client account balances.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience within Investment Management or Wealth Management (essential).
  • Experience working with financial products (essential).
  • Knowledge of Xplan would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

A good standard of education; degree level qualification is desirable but not essential.
