Job Description
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, where you will provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact with clients and operational colleagues.
Working Pattern
This role will be initially full-time through training and implementation during a 6-month probation period before transitioning to a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
As Client Administrator, you will:
- Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes, while building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
- Request p policy information from third-party policy providers when applicable, while maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
- Liaise with operational teams to support activities such as:
- Scripts
- Transfers
- Corporate actions
- Static data changes (where applicable)
- Prepare meeting packs and client valuations (where required).
- Process all business operations in accordance with required processes, including:
- Establishing new accounts on internal systems.
- Collating AML documentation as needed.
- Proactive pipeline management.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold GCSE Maths and English (grade 9–4 / A–C or equivalent).
- Have previous administrative experience in financial services—ideally within wealth management or the financial services industry.
- Experience in personal injury or Court of Protection client work would be advantageous.
- Prior exposure to:
- Processing new business.
- Managing transfers.
- Preparing meeting packs.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
