Client Administrator — Wealth Management

We are working exclusively with a highly regarded wealth management practice to appoint a Client Administrator, a role that sits at the very heart of how this practice delivers for its clients. Based in a stunning office in the heart of Leeds' premier business district, less than 10 minutes' walk from the station, this is a role and a workplace worth talking about.

If you take genuine pride in the quality of your work, own the client journey from start to finish, and want to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard — this is worth ten minutes of your time.

The Role

You will own the full client journey for approximately 150 client households from initial meeting preparation right through to submission and completion. This is a genuine end-to-end role, not a narrow slice of a process.

Day to day, you will:

  • Prepare client files ahead of adviser meetings, ensuring every detail is accurate and nothing is missed
  • Capture and process information following meetings with precision and pace
  • Manage submissions across pensions, investments and protection, liaising confidently with providers
  • Handle every client touchpoint with the accuracy, care and professionalism this client bank expects
  • Work closely with the adviser and wider team as a trusted, capable partner not just a processor

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
