Career
You will have 2-5 years experience as a Financial Planning administrator with fantastic knowledge of Financial Planning products and processes. You are looking to provide one-on-one support to one of our Financial Planners and their clients.

About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Administrator to support our Financial Planners by managing the administrative foundations of high-quality financial advice.
This role is essential in enabling planners to focus on building strong client relationships and delivering strategic advice, while you ensure all client administration and processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Accountabilities
- Ensure all client reviews are supported by suitability reports, delivered on time, and proactively chase/escalate any outstanding cases
- Maintain the CRM (Xplan), ensuring all client data is accurate, up to date, and compliant
- Keep client files organised, regularly updated, and audit-ready
- Support Financial Planners with scheduling annual reviews, preparing meeting packs, and managing client segmentation and service levels
- Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and clients, ensuring all post-meeting actions are completed within agreed SLAs
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years experience in a Financial Planning administrator role.
- Knowledge of financial products: pensions, investments and protection.
- Highly organised, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate adviser and client needs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle client queries professionally
- Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and using technology (including AI tools) to improve efficiency
