Role Overview
As a Client Adviser, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients, providing expert advice throughout the entire policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll handle:
- Renewals
- Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs)
- New business quotations
- Client enquiries
- Policy administration
- Claims support
- Premium finance enquiries
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience within the General Insurance market
- A good understanding of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Acturis and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, positive, and commercially aware approach
